LAP – Landscape Architecture Projections – is a peer-reviewed book series that focuses on design research in the fields of architecture, urbanism and landscape. It highlights innovative design thinking and practices worldwide that boldly and creatively address the most pressing socio-political, ecological and spatial issues of contemporary times. It emphasizes collaborative and cooperative approaches to working with diverse stakeholders – from activists and civil society to governmental agencies, as well an expansive range of disciplines. The series will pursue research practices that occur beyond mainstream sites, assignments and programs. The visual components, including graphic, photographic, cartographic and illustrative content, are explicitly critical and essential foils
to textual insights.
