If you’ve purchased an ebook that isn’t yet available with accessibility enhancements, you can request an accessible version. Depending on the book’s complexity and content density, the remediation process may take a few weeks. We will try to follow up on all requests we receive. However, in some exceptional cases, the cost of making a book accessible may be disproportionately high or not possible given the nature of the book.
