European Council Studies is an online series that follows the meeting pace of the EU Council, resulting in minimum 4 issues and maximum 10 issues annually. An additional print edition is available. The articles of the electronic version will be accessible to subscribers only via Ingenta Connect.

With a subscription to European Council Studies you receive:

  • a Pre-Summit Briefing on the evening before every EU Council meeting. You receive an e-mail with a link to download the Briefing.
  • a Post-Summit Briefing seven days after every meeting. You receive an e-mail with a link to download the Briefing.
  • an extensive European Council Note, which can cover more than one meeting and provides a more considered and still more richly documented account, two to four months after the meetings they describe. You can access the Note online via Ingenta Connect. If you have a subscription to digital + print, you will also receive a print edition.
