Client information
Leuven University Press records and uses client data only as far as this is necessary to correctly and efficiently carry out transactions with those clients. In particular, the following data are concerned: for registering, the client will be asked to provide his name, e-mail address, telephone number, password (encrypted) and delivery address, and in order to make efficient communication possible afterwards, Leuven University Press will save the client data, the data about the order and technology data, with the consent of the client. If the client participates to a game or a prize draw, he accepts that his name and city or town may be published if he is a prize winner.

Leuven University Press does not record credit card data. The society Ogone (Brussels, Belgium) is entrusted with the processing of all payment information, through their secured website and under their supervision.
